Save Police are hunting a 29-year-old man who escaped from their custody in Feilding today.
Marc Rhys Tuffey is wanted in relation to several charges including his escape, Sergeant Grant Lawton of Feilding police said.
Tuffey is not thought to be dangerous but police have urged the public to be to
cautious of anyone avoiding police.
He is described as a 175cm-tall Caucasian man of thin build, with short hair that has recently been dyed blonde.
He is believed to be driving a stolen silver Honda Integra, registration number AGE987.
