- A strong mechanical aptitude;
- A current forklift licence;
- A flexible approach to hours of work, including availability to work rotating shift rosters and occasional weekend and public holiday work;
- A strong focus on health and safety and high quality standards;
- Good attention to detail;
- Excellent time management skills;
- The ability to work well in a team with minimal supervision; and
- Reliable transportation.
Good computer literacy, including strong excel, word and email skills, will be an advantage, as will a current forklift licence.
Previous experience in the milling industry or the associated grain industry or a manufacturing environment will be desirable.
