Industrial troubles have struck the Olympics, with bus drivers quitting Games services and elevator workers striking for 48 hours.
More than 50 drivers have pulled out, citing bad conditions, 16-hour days and "ridiculous" schedules.
More than 300 workers at the elevator firm Kone, which services the Olympic stadium, yesterday walked out after the company sacked 44 staff.
Their union said none would not attend emergency callouts if anyone got stuck in a lift.
