Father and son in court for knuckleduster attack

A father and son have appeared in the Palmerston North District Court after a man was beaten with knuckledusters.

David Peter Shone, 41, and Dylan Lee Shone, 19, were remanded on bail on charges of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and unlawfully entering a property.

The pair allegedly entered a house at Feilding on Sunday, dragged a 19-year-old man out of his bed and attacked him. They will appear in the Feilding District Court on August 10.
