Save A farmer has been seriously injured by a cow near Taupo.
The 56-year-old was sat on and then kicked by the cow on a farm at Tihoi late this afternoon, said Greenlea Rescue Helicopter pilot Nat Every.
The cow was being loaded out of the yards at the time, Mr
Every said in a statement.
The farmer was flown to Hamilton Hospital in a serious condition.
