"It's just awesome for gardening. It's a good natural fertiliser and soil conditioner ... people love it, " she said.
They can't wait for this weekend's expo.
"It's going to be interesting," she said.
Clareville A&P Society secretary Lynley Hamilton said they had moved the event from the Genesis Energy Recreation Centre to centralise it, making it accessible to more people.
"We wanted to re-energise the event," she said. "We are really proud to be hosting it here."
And one lucky person who walks through the gate this weekend and fills in an entry form will have the chance of winning a "substantial" gift basket.
The expo showcases Wairarapa businesses and this year organisers are providing a "fair-type atmosphere" for families to enjoy, Mrs Hamilton said.
Live entertainment and food stalls "galore" would feature, alongside the usual "iconic" businesses featured, including Pukaka Mt Bruce Conservation Centre, Wings Over Wairarapa and the Wee Red Barn, as well as cheese-maker Biddy Fraser-Davies showcased, to name a few, she said.
"Come down and have a heap of fun. It's going to be a great family day," Mrs Hamilton said.
Gates will be open tomorrow and Sunday from 10am to 4pm, with free entry.
