* You are passionate about people and fashion. Wanting to help women feel great and build their confidence and provide them with an exceptional instore experience
* You are warm, friendly and approachable and beautifully presented
* You have excellent selling skills, as well as exceptional customer service skills
* You are able to lead and inspire a small team of sales people, as well as manage the day-to-day running of the store, including working to budgets and targets
