Our world class paper mill in Botany, commissioned in 2012, is one of the most sophisticated and
efficient paper mills of its size in the world, producing 400,000 tonnes of packaging paper per year.
The successful candidate will be trained in and responsible
for their area of expertise and play a key role in meeting
Orora's production KPI's.
Working in a flat, autonomous and team focused structure
the role involves a range of hands on activities that includes:
• Operating the process
• Quality and efficiency focused activities
• Troubleshoot challenging problems
• Contributing to a dynamic team environment
Ideally you'll have experience in:
• Paper Making or other high-tech industry
• Complex DCS Control Systems
• Shift work
And demonstrate:
• A safety and customer first focus
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• Fantastic communication skills

We operate on a rotating 12 hour shift roster, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. A six figure remuneration package is on offer. If you are
