EXCAVATOR OPERATOR
EARTHWORKS
AND OR TRUCK DRIVER
Sanderson Group is a family owned & operated business building luxury homes and care facilities for retirees.
Key responsibilities:
• Operate machinery around new homes
•Assist with bulk earthworks
• Maintain and carry out basic repairs to machinery and equipment Requirements include:
• Full and clean licenses.
Minimum licenses required are class 1, 2, 4 orWTR (Wheels-Tracks-Rollers).
•Ability to operate earthworks machinery
•Able to manage a team of personnel, machinery and trucks
• Understanding of earthworks in the way of bulking methods and housing developments • Sound verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable and honest
• Must have own reliable transport
