We are looking to fill the following fulltime key positions for the 2016 kiwifruit season at our Te Puke site:

Production Manager

The primary responsibility for this role is to meet market and production requirements while maintaining excellent quality output. To be successful in this role you will be ambitious with a proactive outlook and have excellent relationship skills to liaise effectively with a range of staff. Desirable skills required for this position are as follows:
• Post harvest knowledge and experience within the kiwifruit industry
• Production knowledge
• Ability to lead and guide line managers and line staff.
• Ability to ensure throughput and budget targets are met
• Experience in staffing to ensure the production line is adequately resourced
• Ability to train key staff required for production
• Knowledge of health and safety - adhering to and maintain existing systems, implementing systems, engaging with staff, reducing risk and continuous improvement

EDI Manager

• Significant Kiwifruit experience in an EDI Manager role
• Excellent working knowledge of Radford Freshpack and Kiwiplus Systems. An interest in using information technology to improve efficiencies is highly desirable
• Previous experience in a decision making role relating to the integrity of data and documentation.

Line Manager - Nightshift

• Previous production experience in the post harvest or production sector
• Experience using Invision software is essential
• Excellent organisational ability
• Ability to build rapport and trusted working relationships at all levels.
