Emergency services rushed to Palmerston North Airport after reports of a “full emergency”.
Police were advised at 4.10pm that a plane was having engine issues.
A Palmerston North Airport spokesperson said a small aircraft called in an emergency before landing safely.
Fire and Emergency New Zealand said they
received reports of a “full emergency” this afternoon and three fire engines attended.
Emergency services have now left the scene.
