Elderly pedestrian hit by taxi dies

Save An 88-year-old woman who was hit by a taxi in Auckland just over a week ago has died, police say.
The crash happened on Pah Road in Epsom, at 2pm, Constable Gareth Davis said.
The elderly woman was hit by a 2012 red Toyota Camry hybrid, which was being used
as a taxi.
She died in Auckland Hospital on Tuesday, Mr Davis said.
The vehicle that hit her was travelling south at the time of the crash.
