Elderly man missing on North Shore

North Shore police continue to have concerns for an elderly Korean man who went missing yesterday afternoon.

Hoo Kim, 87, was last seen at his home address in Ellen Ave, Hillcrest, around 3.00pm.

He is thought to be wearing a white cap, brown chequered jumper, black track suit pants and black slippers.

Mr Kim has previously gone missing and walked as far as Albany and Devonport, so could be anywhere in the North Shore area.

He is said to be in relatively good health, speaks some English and answers to his name.

Police would appreciate any information relating to his whereabouts or sightings of him and can be contacted on 09 488 6200.
