Save An 88-year-old man has pleaded guilty to historical sex crimes dating as far back as the 1980s.
Ronald Growcott, who now lives in Australia, appeared in the Christchurch District Court this morning.
He made his way slowly to the dock with a walking stick, before his lawyer entered the pleas
on his behalf.
Growcott admitted to four charges of incident assault against two girls under the age of 12.
The latest incident occurred in Nelson in 1991.
