We are seeking to employ a duty manager/night shift supervisor responsible for the efficient running of day to day activities.
Your responsibilities will include: Delivery of excellent customer service skills Achieving sales targets and other KPIs Managing stock control, purchasing and administration Developing and leading your team
Ourideal candidate will have experience in some or all of the following: Previous Retail / service industry experience Recruitment, training and managing staff Knowledge of budgets and cash flow projections Purchasing and stock control Health and safety and facilities management
Following training your initial employment will be as an evening supervisor, however, as this is a seven day operation applicants must have a degree of flexibility and must be prepared to work nights and weekends as required.
Our complex is a full DCI compliant digital cinema operation so applicants must be confident around computers and the learning of new software applications. We are at the leading edge of digital cinema technology and a key part of your training will focus on building knowledge and operating in this area.
