Three people have been charged with giving alcohol to a 9-year-old who was filmed, apparently drunk, at a Hamilton skatepark.
Hamilton police confirmed today that two men - aged 20 and 27, and a woman aged 25 - have each been charged with Supplying Alcohol to Minors under Section 241
