The successful applicant will require: • Strong leadership skills • Experienced in sub-division drainage • Excellent communication skills • An ability to motivate staff • An understanding and appreciation of contract administration requirements, quality assurance and record keeping • Experience in setting out pipegrades & levels • A positive, practical "can do" attitude
