A dog attacked a 4-year-old girl yesterday evening.
The attack left the Auckland girl with injuries to her nose and mouth.
Ambulances were called to a Panmure address at about 5:15pm.
St John Northern duty centre manager Norm Ngatai said the incident happened on Coral Crescent, Panmure.
Police contacted animal
control officers, who took the dog away.
