Due to significant growth within the Australian business we seek a Documentation Specialist to join the head office in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. Fundamentally, this newly created role will prepare facility documentation and manage the security process relating to new client accounts.
The appointee will be driven by their strong customer focus and by enabling clients to access their new facilities in a timely and professional manner. It is anticipated this role will hold appeal to detail focussed individuals who are committed to high work standards and getting it 'right first time'.
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Executive is desired but not essential for this role. Similarly, experience in loan, legal or export documentation could be advantageous. An exceptional eye for accuracy, high level of initiative, ability to work to deadlines and a friendly and professional communication style are required.
