DMS is a well-established and rapidly expanding kiwifruit and avocado postharvest and orchard management business in the central Bay of Plenty. We have two roles available during the kiwifruit packing 2015 season to join our enthusiastic team at our Te Puna Packhouse.
LINE MANAGER - FixedTerm, Full Time We are seeking a person with: Experience with Lynx or Compact Machines Computer skills at an intermediate level.
The successful applicant will: Be a strong leader and team member with good communication skills Demonstrate enthusiasm to work hard to achieve superior results Be able to work well under pressure Be willing to engage L.E.A.N continuous improvement principles Have flexibility to work extended hours as necessary Have a passion for the kiwifruit industry
QUALITY CONTROLLER - Fixed Term 1 February to 31 October This person will have: Experience in quality control in the kiwifruit industry (ZAP accredited) Lots of energy, be enthusiastic and have a can do attitude Confident and effective communication skills and be able to operate under pressure The ability to meet administrative requirements in an accurate and timely fashion
