Delay on Waiouru report

The report on allegations of ill-treatment at the Army's former cadet school at Waiouru will be delivered in August, Defence Minister Mark Burton said yesterday.

Retired High Court Judge David Morris was due to report by the end of this month but ill-health has forced an extension.

Mr Burton said Justice Morris was recovering at home from a serious heart condition.
