David Bain to have case reheard

Convicted killer David Bain will have his case reheard in the Court of Appeal on September 1.

Bain was sentenced to a minimum of 16 years jail in June 1995 for shooting dead his parents, two sisters and a brother in their Anderson's Bay home. He has always maintained his innocence, claiming he found his family dead when he returned from his morning paper run.
