Team New Zealand boss Grant Dalton is selling some of his $12 million property portfolio.
The 56-year-old has put on the market two vacant sections which he bought years ago, but his $7.65 million home in the heart of Remuera and his Queenstown holiday house remain in his possession.

The spot enjoys "absolutely breathtaking uninterrupted views" of Lake Wakatipu and Queenstown village, as well as the Remarkables mountain range, Cecil Peak and Mt Nicholas.

They are asking $965,000, just above the valuation of $950,000, which was set in 2011.

Dalton also owns a $7.65 million property in Remuera. He bought the five-bedroom 1900 weatherboard with his wife for $4.8 million in 2004.

And he has a $1.395 million, three-bedroom holiday home in Queenstown. That brings his portfolio to a total of $12.14 million, using the latest valuations of sales prices.
Dalton did not respond to requests for comment.
His name is jointly on the title of a $1.1 million three-bedroom home in Devonport on Auckland's North Shore with Grant and Fiona Armstrong of North Shore Construction, as well as a two-bedroom property in nearby Narrow Neck. Mr Armstrong told the Herald he was just a trustee for the properties.
