A cyclist has been hurt after falling from her bike on Te Ngae Rd.
A police media spokesman confirmed the incident happened shortly after 12.20pm today.
Police and St John Ambulance staff were at the scene and the cyclist has left in an ambulance.
A Rotorua Daily Post staff memberat the scene said the cyclist, who is a woman, was lying on her back on the side of the road just outside the entrance to the Redwood Rest Home and Hospital.
