The Council of Trade Union president Helen Kelly and a Union delegation from Australia have been denied entry into Fiji.
They were on a fact-finding mission following allegations unionists were being targeted by the military regime.
Radio Fiji reported the attorney general Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum ordered them to be put back
on the plane after they arrived at Nadi airport.
He is quoted as saying he delegation was not welcome in the country because of their lack of integrity and credibility and their pre-conceived ideas about Fiji.
The CTU said Helen Kelly's cell phone and SIM card were confiscated at the airport and they have not been able to communicate with her.
