If you were looking for anything for your home, including exercise equipment, something to spruce up the garden, or even toys for Christmas, then the Wairarapa Home Show was the place to be at the weekend.
Thousands of people attended the event at Clareville Showgrounds, with organisers and visitors hailingit as a complete success.
The Times-Age caught up with Zoe Schofield and friend Alice Urquhart as they tried out the revolutionary Gravity HQ vibrating exercise machine.
They were both stoked with the show, especially the machine, which is designed to use every muscle in the body.
"I've seen a lot of good ideas which I could have done with before."
Alison Priddle had been last year and found it "wonderful," as usual. As for George Charters, he was impressed with the variety of vendors.
"I've seen the largest wheelbarrow ever. There is something for everyone, from the grandchildren right through to the elderly. This is the best show ever," he said.
Organiser Dave Grieves from Excel Exhibitions said: "The weather hasn't been very kind to us but there has been a steady stream of people and great exhibitors. It's been just brilliant - about 3000 people through and everyone has said how much they enjoyed it."
