A man who used his mobile phone to film up the skirts of women in shopping centres will be sentenced tomorrow.
The 42-year-old Helensville man pleaded guilty at the North Shore District Court to making an intimate visual recordings. The charge carries a maximum penalty of three years in prison.
Part of his bail conditions included not going to Westfield shopping centres in Albany and Hobsonville.
He has been granted interim name suppression to tell his extended family of the charges.
According to the police summary of facts, released to APNZ this week, the man made 250 recordings on his cellphone of women shopping between July and September last year.
