Crash near Paeroa partially closes road

A vehicle has crashed south of Paeroa, closing one lane of traffic as police investigate.

The driver was uninjured in the crash which happened just before 2.30pm on State Highway 2.

Police are controlling traffic which is currently down to one lane with the only access available to cars, not trucks or heavier vehicles.

Police have requested motorists avoid the area or delay travel if possible.
