The Spring Show from October 17-19 is going to be “epic”, says Poverty Bay A&P Association’s new general manager.
Lana Davy moved into the role earlier this year after the departure of Erica McNeil.
“I’m so excited to be the new GM and the support I have received in therole from the association members and others has been unreal - just fantastic,” Davy said.
Entries for the Show competition classes that are still open have been coming in “thick and fast”.
“We’ve got 163 dogs entered in the sheep dog trials so far.”
Roll on the Poverty Bay Spring Show...with heavy demand for trade space and plenty of competition entries, association general manager Lana Davy is excited about how things look for next month's town-and-country get-together. The main showgrounds office is now based at the entrance to Showgrounds Park.

“The trades space is almost completely full,” Davy said. “We have only a few sites left in the Event Centre and in the Lifestyle Marquee.
“We’re looking forward to an epic show this year as we build towards the 150th event in 2025.”
