The Omokoroa Golf Club is now seeking Expressions of Interest for a
Contract Caterer to operate the catering facility
We require a Contract Caterer with experience delivering quality food services and one who can provide an enhanced service to our members and their guests.
We anticipate that you will be able to demonstrate a solid history and sound understanding of hospitality operations and be able to provide high quality, value for money catering in a Club environment.
You will be able to operate effectively whilst ensuring legal obligations are met; hygiene requirements are exceeded; restaurant and staff presentation is excellent and food is appropriate.
While any exposure to clubs in the past will be beneficial it is not essential.
