Concerns are being raised over the safety of a man who has been missing for just over a week.
Ramireddy Malapati, 25, was last seen when he was dropped off by a friend on Patteson Ave near the Mission Bay shops about 11.40am on Tuesday, August 29.
Auckland police DetectiveSergeant Scott Armstrong said he had not made contact with friends or family since then.
Police were concerned about his welfare because of the length of time he had been missing, he said.
Malapati was described as being of Indian descent and slim build with short black hair and is approximately 172cm tall.
He was wearing a light-coloured business shirt, blue jeans and brown loafer shoes.
He has been living in the Ellerslie and Mt Wellington area.
