Profruit (2006) Ltd is fast paced progressive producer of high quality juice concentrates for domestic and predominately international markets.
We have a permanent, part time position (20-25 hours per week) for an experienced, reliable, enthusiastic and motivated person to efficiently carry out the internal auditing of our food safety and quality systems to ensure we meet compliance and customer specification.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
• Internal auditing of food and health and safety systems against company standards
to ensure our procedures match our practice, so experience with BRC food safety
certification is an advantage.
• Development of new compliance systems as required and existing such as Organic,
Kosher & Halal accreditations
• Ensure all required documents such as supplier certifications, raw material
documentation are kept current and available for relevant providers.
• Provide back for product testing.
You will need the following attributes:
• Current full drivers licence
• Work as an effective team member
• Complete all tasks with efficiency and logical manner and pride yourself with high workmanship.
• Clear communication skills
• Innovative along with good problem solving skills
• Proven experience with compliance system audits
