Due to growth we are seeking aperson with exceptional communication skills and a good understanding and knowledge of orcharding and post harvest operations to join our Grower Services team, providing a professional interface between our growers and the company.
Key responsibilities: • Proactive communication with growers • Seek out and develop relationships and opportunities • Crop procurement, management and planning of the harvest with associated parties • Facilitate reporting of results and information to growers
