Carterton Rotary Club members have yet again placed dictionaries in the hands of Year 4 pupils at Gladstone School.
Principal Margaret Hyslop said it was the sixth year the club had donated "such a fantastic resource" to pupils in Year 4 classes at the school.
"They go right round thedistrict and it really is a wonderful initiative. The kids love them and all credit to Rotary. They're brilliant and the dictionaries will be well used," she said.
"It is a generous contribution and the students truly value them."
