Christchurch police concerned for missing 15-year-old Jaedyn Wootton

Police are concerned for the well-being of a 15-year-old missing since Tuesday night from a Christchurch central city address.

Jaedyn Wootton is described as 173cm tall, of thin build, with short black hair and a tattoo on his left wrist.

A police spokeswoman said they wanted to find out where he was and given his age, there was a "concern for his well-being".
