This exciting role is responsible for supporting and providing technical assistance, trends, analysis and scientific research to both our growers and internal stakeholders. The company prides itself on its track record of innovation and delivery of knowledge to our growers.
Our key requirements for this position are:
• An appropriate horticultural qualification in a relevant science discipline
• Highly developed communication skills - both written and verbal
• Advanced numerical and presentation skills
• Advanced computer literacy and report writing skills
• Positive, enthusiastic team player
• A cool head
The Chief Technical Officer will work with a wide range of people both internally and externally, together with the existing team members to deliver a successful integration and provide up to date information to support research and decision making.
