"I think both chefs are quite dynamic, young women who have some insight into the cooking scene and I think they will be interesting together," Mrs Cohr said.
She said last year's fundraiser, which involved the 2011 winner of MasterChef, Nadia Lim, was extremely successful.
Mrs Cohr is also going to be making three or four items from each recipe book for the audience to taste.
The event is sponsored by Paper Road Winery who will be providing guests with a glass of wine upon entry.
Hedleys Booksellers will be at the event for book sales and a portion of the sales will also go towards the school.
Tickets cost $15 and are available from Hedleys and the Opaki School office.
