Save An Eketahuna man, 34, was flown to Palmerston North Hospital after receiving chainsaw injuries while pruning trees.
An Eketahuna man who suffered cuts to an arm while using a chainsaw to prune trees on Sunday was flown to Palmerston North Hospital.
The incident happened about 3.30pm on a farm and family members summoned the Palmerston North Rescue Helicopter.
They applied first aid and along with friends and
neighbours marshalled the helicopter to the scene.
The 34-year-old man was reported to be in a stable condition soon after his arrival at the hospital.
