Save A Wellington teenager remains in a serious condition in intensive care after he fell from a moving vehicle while car-surfing.
The male in his late teens fell off the vehicle at the Kaitoke camp ground in Upper Hutt about 7pm on Saturday.
Wellington Free Ambulance team operations manager Helen Berry
said yesterday the teen suffered serious head injuries.
His condition worsened to critical as he was flown to Wellington Hospital by the Westpac Rescue Helicopter.
A hospital spokesman today said he remained in a serious condition in an intensive care unit this morning.
