Car smashes into Ellerslie property

Save A car has damaged a house in the Auckland suburb of Ellerslie, after the driver lost control and smashed through the property's fence.
The incident happened in the Hunterville Court cul-de-sac, parallel to Ladies Mile, just after 5pm.
No one was injured.
A northern police communications spokesman said the car
had since been removed from the site.
The extent of the damage to the house was not known, he said, but it was not thought to be extensive, given that the vehicle was quickly towed away.
