Car finance firm fined

An Auckland car finance company which did not disclose its annual interest rates to customers has been fined and warned that another breach could lead to it being banned from the industry.

Dolbak Finance was fined $2000 in Auckland District Court on Monday following a Commerce Commission investigation.

It was not the first time the company had been in court for such a breach.
