One person was flown to hospital with head injuries after a car crash in Dannevirke today.
The man, in his 30s, was stabilised by St John paramedics before being transported to a nearby airfield.
The Palmerston North Rescue Helicopter then airlifted the man to Palmerston North Hospital.
The helicopter service
were dispatched to the single car crash because of the time-critical nature of the man's injuries.
