A woman charged with attempted murder after she allegedly ran over a man before driving the car into the Waikato River, has received continued name suppression.
The 44-year-old Hamilton woman was excused from appearing in the High Court at Hamilton this morning where Justice Sarah Katz granted continued interim namesuppression.
However, she suppressed the reasons for allowing the suppression.
The charge relates to an incident in Hamilton on Sunday which left the man in hospital with serious injuries.
The woman is due to reappear in the High Court on December 3.
