A Lower Hutt woman is set to get the logo of a strip club tattooed on her bum, after Calendar Girls won an online auction to choose the tattoo.
Tina Beznec, 23, sold the right to have a design of the winning bidder's choice tattooed on her posterior for posterityin a Trade Me auction titled "YOUR tattoo on my Bum!!".
Strip club Calendar Girls won the auction, which ended on Friday, with a top bid of $12,450.
In a release on the strip club's Facebook page, Calendar Girls said Ms Beznec will be flown up to Auckland on February 3 to get the ink done.
"Otautahi Tattoo have kindly picked up the tab for Tina's tattoo but as a thank you, Calendar Girls have said they will tattoo for free any one on the day wanting the 'CG's logo'!!" the release said.
"This logo tattoo will also entitle the bearer to life time membership as long as the tattoo is still visible. The tattoo can be on any location of the body.
"Then Jacqui and Tina and family are off to an undisclosed venue for dinner then back to Karangahape Road to party in style to the small wee hours where the public can meet Tina and also have her sign T Shirts and Calendars."
Twenty per cent of the winning bid, or $2490, will go to a charity of Calendar Girls' choice and Tina will keep the remaining $9960. The charity will be announced on the day, Calendar Girls said.
