Mr Sedcole said he could not understand why someone would break in, especially when no cash was kept on the premises.
"Who knows what they are thinking? They think they are going to get money or booze ... they are just brazen."
It was the second time burglars had tried to break in over the past couple of years, he said.
"They were really determined this time and they put a boot through the sliding door to get into the bar."
The burglars had probably used a pinch bar and a "fair amount of force" to prise open a security door, Mr Sedcole said.
From CCTV footage, it appeared the burglars were young men wearing hoodies and gloves.
They were later spotted walking through town and the tickets were found on the ground on the corner of Belvedere Rd and Wyndham St, Mr Sedcole said.
Senior Sergeant Mike Sutton confirmed police were investigating the break-in.
