Save An 11-year-old boy was rushed to Dunedin Hospital after a four metre fall.
An 11-year-old boy has been rushed to Dunedin hospital after falling almost four metres from a rope swing.
He was transported by road in a moderate condition from Purakanui Beach, just north of Dunedin.
He sustained arm and shoulder injuries.
Emergency services were called to the scene at 4.55pm.
Ambulance
and the fire service both attended the incident.
