A two-year-old boy was last night airlifted to hospital after falling out of his bunk bed.
The boy from Turangi suffered head injuries when he fell from his bunk in his sleep.
The boy, accompanied by his mother, was flown for further assessment to Waikato Hospital by Taupo's Youthtown Rescue
