Boy, 14, arrested after aggravated robbery

A 14-year-old boy has been arrested for aggravated robbery.

The arrest follows the attack on a Gull Service Station in Whakatane on February 12.

The teen has been charged with aggravated robbery and will appear in Whakatane Youth Court today.

Police would like to thank those members of the community who provided information which helped us quickly identify and locate the alleged offender.
