Bomb scare clears Palmerston North court

Save The Palmerston North courthouse has been evacuated because of a bomb scare.
The threat was apparently phoned in sometime before lunch.
Constable Paul Sheehan said police were inside the courthouse searching for anything suspicious.
Court staff, police and security were directing pedestrians away from the front of the building. The
road remained open.
Sniffer dogs have been called in from Wellington.
