Huang said police told him the man, who was in his 50s, had died of a heart attack.
Another neighbour told the Herald the street was “usually pretty quiet”.
“Nothing dramatic ever happens around here,” she said.

Hato Hone St John said it was notified at 1.40pm and responded with an ambulance and two rapid response vehicles.
Police said they are not treating the death as suspicious.
